Kristi Pero has been a part of the Commonwealth community since 2006. A cashier on our Deposit team in Cashiering, she ensures that checks are properly coded and imaged, as well as deposited. Amy has been a part of the Commonwealth community since 2005 as our office manager in San Diego. In this role, she creates a comfortable and friendly environment by providing extraordinary support for ordinary requests. Amy also manages our Giving Back initiative on the West Coast. Jon Munro has been a part of the Commonwealth community since 2006 and is currently a supervisor in our Service Center. In this role, Jon coordinates day-to-day operations, oversees personnel, guides efficiency initiatives, and serves as an escalation resource to our associates and advisors. Lori Yaverbaum has been a part of the Commonwealth community since 2001 and is currently the director of our Web Services & Usability team. In this role, Lori oversees all aspects of the layout and navigation for our web-based products and services and ensures the best possible user experience on an ongoing basis. Gratitude for Giving Back: Our Annual Lunchtime Celebration
Every year around Thanksgiving, we like to get together a room full of our employees who took the lead on one (or more!) of our Giving Back initiatives for a lunchtime celebration. It’s our way of saying thank you for making a difference in the lives of others. Thank you for your enthusiasm and for your commitment to community. It’s a feel-good occasion, for sure.
