Earlier this year, the Service Center started a new comprehensive training program, the Service Center Academy. Giving back to the communities in which we work and live is a big part of the Commonwealth culture, and we wanted to ensure that our newest associates were able to learn this first-hand.

The Academy’s latest group was fortunate enough to assemble and deliver backpacks filled with back-to-school supplies to the Waltham Boys and Girls Club. The appreciation and gratitude we received as we dropped off all the supplies made really showed the new associates how awesome it is to work for such a caring organization.
